Product Care, Wear and Tear Policy

Our products are crafted from handwoven exotic vine combined with durable materials, but their unique designs can make them delicate. We cannot accept returns for items that are broken, chipped, or damaged due to regular wear and tear. Our products should be treated and cared for as instructed under product care.

Returns for Calaisio.com Purchases Only

We can only process returns with proof of purchase (calaisio.com order number or packing/gift slip).

Purchases made from Calaisio re-sellers must be returned directly to the retailer.

Return Condition

You have 30 calendar days to return your item. It must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all original components.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and import duties/taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of (return) shipping, import duties/taxes will be deducted from your refund shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund and Merchandise Credit Policy

For eligible returns within 30 days of purchase, refunds will be issued for the product amount, excluding shipping charges, import duties/taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.
